At Winco Industries, Inc., we prioritize your satisfaction. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • A proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required.

  • Items not meeting these conditions may not be accepted.

2. How to Return an Item

Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable products (food/beverages)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

5. Exchanges
To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item using the steps above.

  2. Place a new order for the replacement product.

6. EU Orders
For orders shipped to the EU, you can cancel or return items within 14 days for any reason, under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition.

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required.

This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank.
